This 7 kW grid-tie solar system is mounted on the standing-seam metal roof of a horse barn in Gordonsville Virginia.  Due to concern for damage to the new roof,   we designed a raised mounting rail system to support the solar modules, which was attached to the standing seam roof using aircraft-grade aluminum clamps.  This mounting arrangement did not require a single drilled hole or roof penetration, and all  mounting hardware was rust-proof aluminum or stainless-steel.
